A Master Knife Maker and Sharpener
My name is Brian Barron and I have been a custom knife maker for 25+ years. I have learned this old-time trade from many different makers throughout the country. My love for knives grew as my Dad and I would collect and trade knives when I was a child.
He showed me the proper handling and care needed to be a responsible knife owner. He also showed me how to sharpen and maintain an edge on knives and tools.
During my tenure as a knife maker I have professionally sharpened knives, scissors and tools for a wide range of customers. What I discovered is it is hard for my customers to take time out to bring their knives to my shop for sharpening. This is why I started Barron’s Mobile Sharpening Service in which I and all my sharpening tools go directly to your place of business or home to sharpen your items on site. My prices are very affordable, often less than it costs to take your knives to a local sharpener. And being a knife maker I am also an abrasive specialist, always using the proper abrasives and never taking excess material off an edge that I sharpen.
